Effective evaluation of the company's performance, departments, and employee capabilities with clear objectives. Therefore, the first step is to build evaluation criteria and a set of evaluation criteria for each department.
Steps:
Step 1: Log in to the website and go to the KPI section.
Step 2: Click on the KPI list.
Step 3: Click on Create new to set up Single KPI, and Synthetic KPI.
• Single KPI is a measure of the effectiveness of a specific activity, project, task, or specific goal.
• Synthetic KPI is a set of measures of the effectiveness of an organization, a unit, or a system within a specific period, usually the parent of Single KPI. (Image)
