Contract
Adding New Contract Information
Tanca helps you manage contracts for employees. The system will remind you of expired contracts, making contract management online more efficient.
To add a new type of contract:
Step 1: Go to the Employees section and click on the file icon.

Step 2: Click on the gear icon for settings and select Contract Type.

Step 3: Enter the contract type name and description.

Entering and Importing Contract Information
Alternatively, you can quickly add a list of employee contracts by importing an Excel file:

Step 1: Choose Import file, select Branch, and choose Department/Employee (if you want to export separately).
Step 2: Download the template file (in step 2) and open the hopdongnhanvien-template.xlsx file.

Step 3: Update the contact information in the template.
Step 4: Save the file and choose to Upload data file (in step 3).
Step 5: Click Import and wait for the system to upload the contact information.
Exporting Contract Information
You can export all contracts to Excel by clicking on the Export file button above (next to Add New) or Export contracts for each employee.
Step 1: Click on Export file.

Step 2: Download.
Print and Export a PDF of a Contract
Step 1: Click on Export file.
Step 2: Choose Export PDF.

Managing Expired Contracts
To set up notifications for contracts that are about to expire:
Step 1: Click on the settings icon, select Notifications, and enter the number of days you want to send notifications for contracts that are about to expire in the input field.
Step 2: Choose to Send notification to email and enter the email address in the Add email address field.


Step 3: Create
