Active and inactive accounts:
Steps:
Step 1: Login to the website and go to the Employees section.
Step 2: Click on an employee and select the Employment section.
Step 3: Select Job information section

Step 4: Switch to active or inactive mode and Save

Retirement account:
Steps:
Step 1: Login to the website and go to the Employees section.
Step 2: Click on an employee and select the Employment section.
Step 3: Select the Employment Status section.

Step 4: Check the Quit Job box and select a reason and click Save.

Pending account:
Steps:
Step 1: Login to the website and go to the Employees section.
Step 2: Click on an employee and select the Employment section.
Step 3: Select the Employment Status section.

Step 4: Select the Start working Date. If the Start working Date is in the future, the employee will be saved in the Pending status.

You can check the number of accounts in different statuses by:
Step 1: Login to the website and go to the Employees section.
Step 2: Select the filter.
