Creating Workflows

Introduction:

You will be able to clearly see which tasks are planned, which tasks are in progress, and which tasks are completed. You can easily adjust the workflows to ensure the best steps, and your team will know at which step of the workflow they are, making it easier to complete the tasks.

Adding or removing people from the project

Steps:

Step 1: Log in to the website and go to Tasks.

Step 2: In the Task section, select a project. 

Step 3: In the Task section, hover over the three-dot icon "..." next to the project name. 

Step 4: Add or remove information such as Branch/Department/Team members as needed. 

Cloning a project

Steps:

Step 1: Log in to the website and go to Tasks.

Step 2: In the Task section, hover over the three-dot icon "..." next to the project name. 

Step 3: Select the Clone Project option.

Completing a project

Steps:

Step 1: Log in to the website and go to Tasks

Step 2: In the Task Assignment section, select a project. 

Step 3: Click on the arrow next to the project name and choose Archive Project

 

Note: You can unarchive a project if desired. To view completed and archived projects, click on Show Archived Projects in the left-hand menu of the project list. 

Adding a task

Steps:

Step 1: Log in to the website and go to Tasks

Step 2: In the Task section, select a project. 

Step 3: Click on Add Task to create a new task. 

Rating a project

Steps:

Step 1: Log in to the website and go to Tasks

Step 2: In the Task section, hover over the star icon next to the project name.

Selecting a project icon

Steps:

Step 1: Log in to the website and go to Tasks

Step 2: In the Task section, hover over the icon of the project group before the project name. 

Step 3: You can choose the color or icon you want to change.
